Actress Who Sued IMDb for Revealing Real Age Identifies Herself

Not only did IMDb release personal info that she did NOT give them permission to release, they garnered information from a source (her credit card) that anyone would normally assume would be kept confidential and not even connected to the “biography” form she was required to fill in.
If you were required to give your actual name, address and phone number to GossipCop, for accountability purposes, in order to post your comments anonymously, yet they went ahead and listed it with your post without prior consent received, would you not be upset?
Ageism exists in Hollywood. We’ve all heard that. But in addition to that, this actress looks like she is in her late 20′s, and could probably play someone even younger than that, but when a casting director who is looking for an actress in her 20′s, and sees her age listed as “40″, its a given she’ll be bypassed.
Whether her previous roles were minor roles should have nothing to do with the matter being discussed.
