The government has also proposed registration of any property from anywhere in the state with the Stamps and Registration Department without the owner having to visit the local registrar office.
"The project which has already been started in Bangalore city will be extended throughout the state soon," Vidyashankar said.
A state service delivery gateway is also on the anvil, he said. It means there would be a single window for 'G2C' (Government to Citizen) and 'G2B' (Government to Business community) services, with availability of all forms online.
"Now the citizens approach the Government officers either through post or in person for information under RTI. A system is being developed where a citizen can file his request through a phone call or to integrated portal of RTI and Public Grievances," Vidyashankar said.
According to him, the state government under a project has made available an e-procurement platform to enable all its procurements to be made through the electronic mode.
