How do I open an MS Access Database in design view?
I have a copy of an old MS Access (2003) DB that I was given to update. However, it appears design view is disabled in this version. The DB opens strictly as a form, with no access to edit tables, forms, etc. Is there a way to get into design view
First, if the db has a .mde or .ade suffix, you will not be able to make any changes to the db.
If not, hold the shift key while opening the file. It will then take you to the database view. You can then make changes to the db. This is
