Which web language most suitable to build a drug database web application?

I have a website --> psychresidentonline.com <-- that I would like to add a pharmacology
'database' (for lack of a better word) of about 50-75 drugs.
Basically I want users to be able to click on any drug and quickly have a page

It could certainly be done client-side with JavaScript. Put your "database" into an Array in a single *.js file. Prob'ly put the functions for managing the "database" into the same file. Have the links in your HTML base page invoke
